In order to be eligible for a return, your product must be returned to us in its original condition, unworn and with proof of purchase (this can be via email) within 28 days of your purchase, we're sorry, but we can't take returns outside of this window.
In order to initiate a return please email us on email@example.com. Once you've notified us of your intention to, and reason for the return, mail the return to

Once this is done, please allow time for the return to arrive with us, once we have received it, we will inspect the item and reason for return and approve/disapprove your return. If approved, we will refund you within 1-2 working days and the return will take a couple of days from then to reach you.
If you are concerned that the refund hasn't been processed please contact your bank/credit card provider first, as sometimes it is held up at their end.
If they confirm they haven't received it yet, please email us again at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sort it out.
- Return shipping is non-refundable, you will have to bear this cost yourself.
- Sale items are not available for return unless defective.
- Socks must be returned unworn (for hygiene reasons)
